We want you to feel completely at home in your Eberjey pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in the original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
